Yeah, same thing happened to me! My friends begged me to read Twilight. I thought the plot sounded stupid but I read the books anyway- and of course I loved them!

I tried it, didn't like it, tried it again, and I am now OBSESSED! (With Jasper.)

I didn't exactly think the plot sounded stupid, I just thought it was weird and not for me. I was so wrong!

I got our schools summer reading list- the required reading is Small Steps. Has anyone read it?

No, I've never heard of small steps. Maybe we could all read it with you, and discuss it after we've all read it! How does that sound Pugs?

That sounds great! I think it's like the sequel to Holes, but you don't have to have read Holes to understand it (from the summary I read).

I read Small Steps last summer. I didn't have to, but we read Holes in school last year and I wanted to read Small Steps cuz of that.

Oh wow, I've read Holes! I really liked it so reading it's sequel should be cool

Hey, I loved Holes! I read it... like, 2 or 3 years ago. My cousin loved it and I wanted to try it.

Holes is cool I liked how the main character was unique from most other book characters- he had flaws but he was like-able.

I'm not sure if you'll be able to understand it but I can sumorize Holes for you if you want, Pugs.

I don't think it'll be very hard to understand. I know this much about Holes: A boy gets in trouble, so he has to go to this camp place (maybe I don't know that much) and then... digs holes. xD

That's basicly it. Usually they don't makes book's sequels that hard to understand.

Oh - OMG, Holes was awesome! XD I read the field guide to the camp thingy, and I've got it and Small Steps checked out from the library.
