Cyn's Song
As a part time singer, writer and lunatic, I cordially bid you to listen to me. Love triangles ahead.

8:11 PM

'Ello peeps! I'm so sorry that I haven't blogged yet today, and it's so late of a time that I chose to start. Allow me to explain.

Last night I had this tiny little spot in my throat that hurt. Usually when that kind of thing happens, I ignore it and allow it to disappear overnight, as it usually does. By the time I got into bed at about one in the morning, it still hurt, so I chose to suck on a spare lollipop in hopes it would sugar coat the sore spot.

Some time in the middle of my sleep there was this weird session of thinking about Honey-senpai (OHSHC) and these violent shivers. xD I dunno what that was about, but it was awkward. I can't even remember half of it properly.

And then when I wake up, guess what? I have a heavy head, really sore throat and, er, not good feeling stuffs going on. I really wanted to go back to sleep 'cause it was sonly 7:30 at the time, but no matter what I couldn't get to sleep in my bed, so I trudged on downstairs and fell face down on the couch. After my dad took the puppies for a walk I got some ibuprofen, which soothed the pains, but I still had a slight headache and tiny bit of sore throat.

You might have noticed I was on sometime early this afternoon, but I wasn't posting, just PMing. Eventually I just got sick of my not-so-great feeling head and went over to the couch where I lied around for four straight hours, sipping on water and soda interchangeably and eating some PB&J. It was at least relieving to get about half an hour of sleep, or however long it was. At one point afterward I got a fever that peaked at 102 degrees, but lately I've been cooling off and have felt a lot better. (:

So that's the short story about my little illness. It was kinda nice though, 'cause I got to watch a dozen stupid people on TV. I was giving everybody the answers on Lingo and Family Feud it was hardly even funny. And then on Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader ... Well, here's a few Q&A.

2nd Grade Social Studies- On March 4, 1789, the first Congress meeting was called to order in what city?
Contestant- Massachusetts
5th Grader- Virginia

I don't know what happened there, but it was pretty darn funny. xD

1st Grade Astronomy- From a view on Earth, what is the brightest planet in the sky?
Contestant- The Moon

Fail.

1st Grade Nature- Monarch, Swallowtail and Painted Lady are all variations of what insect?
Bride- Ladybug

Seriously, the word "Monarch" doesn't trigger anything in your little head there?

5th Grade World Geography- What desert covers parts of Botswana, Namibia and South Africa?
Bride- The Sahara

Okay, maybe you didn't necessarily need to know this, but really, the Sahara? I didn't know it stretched so low. Razz

Those were the most significant moments of stupidity that I could recall, and the bride went home with nothing just to let you know. The other contestant left with a thousand bucks, hehe. That was sad though. There was another girl too who was stupid, I can't remember what she really sucked at. Oh well, it doesn't really matter.

Let's move on to the Playlist, shall we? I had Stacy's Mom stuck in my head, as well as Glee on my mind, and the concept just kind of ... Appeared.

1. Stacy's Mom, by Fountains of Wayne. So yeah, this guy is dating this one girl just to get to her mother. That's pretty sick and twisted. 'Nuff said.
2. The Boy is Mine, by Monica and Brandy. I was hoping to get the Glee version, but it wasn't available, so I got stuck with the original, and having said that I apologize for the odd first five seconds. xP Anyway. So now Stacy and her mom are fighting over the dude because the both love him passionately.
3. Take a Bow, covered by Lea Michele. In the end one of them wins while the other is singing this song in the guy's face, as he is ashamed that he's been exposed of his sins, if you want to call it a sin. And now the guy has nobody. Bwahaha.
4. The Kids Aren't Alright, by The Offspring. And at the very very end, everybody's just totally twisted and not doing too hot in their lives like they'd hoped to. And they all lived happily never after! applause

Let's ramble, shall we? Thank you Lucky, Wormy, Heather, Noah, Leah, Poppers, Ave and Emma!

--------It is a really well-rounded diet, isn't it? *cymbal clash signalling corny joke* Or at least it has been for me today. Eh heh.

--------Well, they go CLUCK CLUCK CLUCK! And they made a good rotisserie dinner this evening. angelic

Ooh, and it's cool how they strut around like they're all that, and sometimes they are.

Peanut Butter
--------That's kind of funny, because my grandma and I got bored when I was in my ill state, and we started talking about peanut butter. We realized that it brings the Animal Kingdom together. Humans love it, dogs love it, birds love it, cats love it, ants love it, any other bug pretty much loves it—everyone loves it! So if duct tape fails to bring world peace (which never really will happen, don't deny it), then peanut butter will do just as great of a job. :3

The Alter Egos
--------Noah, I hope you were referring to our cursing thing on the Dragon Emporium when you suggested this. xD Okai. So on the Dragon Emporium we have characters that have been cursed upon a certain type of fire, depending on how lucky you are you may get stronger fires. No matter what fire you have, it can only be activated without draining your energy if you stand in the shadows or the dark. When you do, you may still be able to see, hear, smell, taste and feel things, but you have absolutely no control as to whatever you're doing. Instead an alter ego kicks in and does the job for you. It can either listen to you through mental communication or go its own way, as it has full control and you do not. For example, if Crystal Spilmor were to step into the shadows, she'd have blue flames all around her, but instead of her typical platinum blonde hair she'd have jet black hair—hey, maybe that's who I'll use LIGHTS as for a model!—and eyes to match the flames. Though, her eyes were already a bright cerulean color, so those didn't really change much.

--------Oh gosh, Poppers. xD So while we were still on WI, the two of us were PMing each other and I got to read an excerpt of her 70k-so-far story that retells the events of the Dragon Emporium before we revive it in a few days or so. I noticed that after she got her mother (Ruby in this case) to run away after some fighting that Pop described Crystal's victory face as featuring a silly smile. Then I was thinking about how I had created a Mii Crystal on the Wii, and that she had a silly smiley smirk. We went crazy over that for like seven straight PMs.

Twiggers Starring in Alice in Wonderland
--------Ooh! ^^ Hm. Well, if we were to create a production of Alice in Wonderland based off of the Twiggers we have... Hm... That's a toughie. It seems only right for The Mad Hatter to be The Mad Hatter, but Forry would play a good Hatter too. So they can battle it out for that role. I'd definitely hand Poppers the role as the red queen, 'cause she's just evil like that. I'm not going to hand out the role of Stayne because that would just feel weird. xD If I had to choose I might choose Hyro, but I don't know how he'd respond to that.
--------*cough* ANYWAY. Noah can be that crazy bunny friend of the Hatter's. Then I dunno who would play a better dormouse, Heather or myself. We can fight for that role too.
--------OOH. Actually, Wormy can keep her Hatter title, and I believe Forry would make a good Cheshire Cat, but that's just me. Hopefully Mia won't take this as offensive, but I reckon she'd be a good Jabberwocky, because she's totally evil like that. Mwahaha. And I'm actually thinking Ave would be a good dormouse while Emma can be the White Queen, and I'm going to be the White Rabbit because I tend to be stalkerish like that. So where does Heather go in this? Well, she gets to battle with Leah for the role of Alice.

Harry Potter
--------Originally I'd wanted to do another ramble on which Twigger would play whom in a production of Harry Potter, but then I realized there's a bunch of guys and like three girls, which is pretty much the opposite of what we have on Twig. So I just get to talk about Harry Potter the series. It's a great series, definitely not overrated. The first book was amazing, the second book a tiny bit less so but still splendid, the third book incredibly, fourth book about at the same level as the second, fifth book at the same level as the first, sixth book terrible because the greatest mastermind went bye-bye, and the seventh book annoyed me because everybody was dying and I was kind of hoping for an unhappy ending. xD As for the movies, I've seen 1 - 5, and my favorites would have to be 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Eh heh. I heard the sixth movie sucked though.

--------Okay, so Emma introduced me to one of their videos yesterday, and I watched and was seventy-one percent entertained. It all depends on what kind of humor you have. I had to think of something dying in order to keep my smiles from going out of control, so that definitely says something ... You know what, just look them up, I'm not sure what to say. xD They're on YouTube. Particularly search for IDEK Who Took the Cookie.

Why Alex Will Beat All Boys for Crystal in the End
--------... Wow, Noah. You know, if Heather and Poppers kill you for getting in the competition I'm not going to take out my Life Note, and if they kill me, trust me, I won't be too blame. Tee hee. Anyway. So Alex might win in the end because he's been her friend, like, forever, even though it's somewhat forbidden. As Noah said to me over PM, usually you really really want what you can't have, so would that mean Crystal would really want Alex? (Then again, that could apply to any of the guys in the running ... ) Also, he's being modeled after Alex Pettyfer, and man he looks GOOD. :O But that's just me. Eh heh.
