Yeah. Slipknot's got a high chance of breaking up. The band members have other projects. They won't pursue as the band without bassist Paul Gray. It was even stated in these lyrics from 'Til We Die;

'Til We Die by Slipknot wrote:Don't go on without me, the piece that I represent compliments each and every one

That pretty much says everything.
Slipknot's done. Each member compliments one another. With one peice of the "puzzle" gone, you can't complete it, can you?
Well, Slipknot is no longer complete.
And with that, I can't see them wanting to replace Paul, either.

But the thing, is each member's got their other projects too. So if they break up, some of them still have other bands to return to.
I think almost all of them have bands, but I only know mostly about 3 of them.

Corey Taylor & Jim Root >>> Stone Sour
Joey Jordison >>> Murderdolls

~Sincerely, Mia

I think I'm going to start a fit, now.. ):

Awweh, what?! D: Favorite Little Cheese, say it isn't so! It can't be true! I mean, I know I just started liking Slipknot, but seriously . . . they can't do this. ._. At least they'll still do music, but still. They need to be Slipknot.

But then again, I'd rather they DIDN'T replace Paul. Paul was #2 [they'll all have their numbers starting from Sid Wilson, who's #0. Then Joey... and it ends at #9 who's Corey..] And.. even after reading that one part taken from 'Till We Die [which is a new song, I believe... from the All Hope Is Gone album..] why would they replace him? And.. I watched their press conference and... wow. You wouldn't expect to see grown men from a metal band, to be crying their life out. But they were. And to live under the emotion they were living, while watching the video? Gee. Makes you think that replacing him isn't the best idea. Because they considered him a brother, and they were all loyal to one another.

Sorry for the rambling.. :/
