Argh!!! Writers block!

Ok, so the title kinda tells you that I have writers block and I need some help getting rid of it I have tryed RPing reading listening to music nothing is working! Help!

What exactly do you need help with?

Well I'm trying to think of the next chapter to my story Journey...

Try taking a break from the story for a while, then coming back to it. (Try napping, too . . . dreams are amazing for inspiration. )

well i have a very interesting way of having thoughts come to me,try working out ,go for a jog ,a walk outside.I get my best idea's when I am working out in my aerobics class.Supposedly it gets not just your body moving ,but your brain too.Weird aye

I find writing a page or two about something totally different helps get rid of my writers block. It gives me ideas for my story. (;
