She glanced at him, her gaze suddenly growing sad. "I- I'm sorry, Thunderstar.. but.. as Deputy of ShadowClan, I sort of need to keep up my duties.." she mumbled. "Even if it means I won't get to spend eternity with you.. despite how I want to spend eternity with you.." she then looked down, and blushed fully.
