Summer Writing/Reading Contest

Hi! I'm Pugs.

I thought a cool idea would be to split up into 2-4 teams on this site and see which team:

-can write the most words from a story
-read the most minutes

over the summer. So people don't feel bad, I think the mods/admin should be the team leaders are appoint people to be a team leader.

The teams could be something like:

Team Red
Team Orange
Team Yellow
Team Green

and they would each have logos (if you want, I'll design them.)
What do you guys think?

I think that's a great idea, and if other people like it, let's do it! Would there be two separate contests, or one contest with two parts? I think it might be better to do two separate contests with a thread each; that way, people who didn't want to participate in one could participate in the other.
