Re: Lines We Lost
((Okay! I'm going to try and get some stuff done tonight myself, but like you, I don't know if I'll be able to. xD))
Re: Lines We Lost
((The projects I got were hard. xP I think I said something about the first one, and the second one I was up till 4am working on. xP Not only was it hard, but computer difficulties erased like 1/3 of my report and I had to retype it. xP))

((Social studies. This marking period, I have the teacher who gives projects about Washington DC. Our class trip is there, and he said he wants us to learn about what we're going to see instead of just going there and being like, "Oh....nice building....it's big...." or something like that. xP Thankfully, he didn't give us a projcet during testing week. xP))

((I know xP And we learn pointless stuff sometimes! Like did I really need to learn what the Chinese dynasties were in 6th grade ?))

((See, I never felt that way about it. I just kinda hated it but tolerated it because sometimes stuff could be interesting. xD The thing that really makes me wonder is math once people get to algebra and beyond. I can see now how it enhances logic and problem-solving skills and stuff, but seriously . . . do we have to learn it this way?
But yeah, Chinese dynasties do seem rather irrelevant. XD))

((There's some social studies I like. Like, I like historical fiction books and American history and Greek mythology but everything else is just like xD
I like math. xD I'm good at it and stuff. I actually understand like 4x + 7y = 23 or whatever. xD))

((Oooh, yes, Greek mythology is cool! American history isn't so bad either. But yeah, basically everything else is so bleeeeeh.
Me too, really, I just don't like how much time it takes to solve problems sometimes. xD But don't you find the feeling of understanding cool?))

Umm, I believe we were coming up with characters, right? Did you ever get a chance to work on yours? ))

Re: Lines We Lost
((Okay! ^^ Hmm, actually . . . would you mind if I reused one of my characters? I'll probably change his name, since it's Canyon, and that won't really work well here, but I love his personality and I've really been wanting to get to know him better. :3))

Re: Lines We Lost
((Awesome! :3 In that case . . . his name shall be Connor. Yes. And let's see what else I need to change . . .
Hmm . . . well, if we just take out the bitties about avian-humans (cus he's 2% bird and has wings and stuff), and the part where he can share his emotions with others, I think he's pretty much ready. Connor . . . yeah, I always did feel that was a good name for this guy. :3))
Canyon, a 16-year-old male. Chocolate brown hair, a few inches long, that has copper highlights in bright sunlight. Not particularly tall compared to other avian-humans, but well-muscled. Tan. A solemn face with big, dark blue eyes. Has problems expressing his emotion, but he’s not necessarily reserved. He’s a smart guy who doesn’t mind talking or being the center of attention, but snaps under pressure, is easily hurt - though he doesn’t show it - is very passionate and loyal about certain things, and would do anything for something he felt strongly about - even if it involved changing who he was. He’s not good at standing up for himself. He can share his emotions with others in a literal way - if he’s close enough to them (distance- or relationship-wise), he sort of passes the emotions along mentally, so they can tell what he’s feeling. Not particularly useful except when he wants to express himself or scare enemies in a fight. He’s very muddled inside because of a past girlfriend, another avian-human who seemed nice at first but eventually started expecting things of him that weren’t realistic. Because he loved her so much, he didn’t see how he was mentally harming himself until she left him. But now he doesn’t bring it up; he tries to focus on the more important aspects of life instead, like surviving, but there’s no forgetting his pain over losing her.

Re: Lines We Lost
((Coolio. I'd reuse a character I have, I just never say that much about them so they'd have like a sentence or two written about them xD))
