Saddle's Blog for 4/20/10 ~ 10 songs that relate to my life

I was listening to my iPod this morning and realized most of the songs relate to my life in some way. So I'ma put my iPod on shuffle, say what song plays, then say how it relates to my life.


1. East Northumberland High - Miley Cyrus
Don't judge me for it being a Miley song. I know I'm one of the 0.000001% of the world who doesn't hate her, and I'm sick of hearing about it.
Anyways, this can relate to my life in one word......Derek. *sigh* Derek, Derek, Derek. (well, except for some parts. like, for example, I never kissed him. bleh. xP) After I like him and decide to get him out of my life because of everything he did to me, he comes crawling back, apologizing and crap. I was stupid enough to believe it, but other than that, it relates to this.

2. True Friend - Hannah Montana
Again, no judging. -_-
This relates to my best friend, even though she hates Miley/Hannah with all her heart. She's the bestest person in the world and I love her with all my heart.

3. Untouchable - Taylor Swift
This can basically be about any guy I like/have liked. Enough said.

4. Believe In Me - Demi Lovato
I feel this way a lot. Cept the last part never happens to me. I can never gain that confidence to think of myself positively. I'm trying, though.....I really am.....

I think this is pretty much self-explanatory.....

6. Breakaway - Kelly Clarkson
Sometimes, I really just want to break away.....just leave and do something that I want to do for once.....I want to get something I strive for.....try hard to accomplish a goal.....stuff like that....

7. Rock Star - Hannah Montana
I think this could apply to Juice. When I first heard it, I thought of him right away.

8. I'd Lie - Taylor Swift
Basically another song about guys I like. I learn as much as I can about them to try to get closer to them, but it doesn't usually work. And I usually tell people I never like anyone when I really like five guys or something, so this song is really good in relating to that area of my life.

9. Fame - Naturi Naughton
I'm always jealous of the people in Fame because they got to go to that school and learn how to become better at acting or singing or whatever....it's kinda been my secret dream for a long time to be a singer or an actress/singer. But it'll never happen. I just listen to this song and hope that one day, I'll have the courage to tell someone about my dream....

10. Bottom of the Ocean - Miley Cyrus
*sigh* This song keeps coming up in my life.....I remember I first heard it at summer camp, right after the album just came out. Summer of '08. I liked this guy I met at summer camp, and we were pretty good friends. We spent a lot of time together. Unfortunately, I didn't think I was ever gonna see him again after camp was over. So this song really got to me then. After I got over him, I thought I'd feel better when listening to it. Also, he came to my school so I thought we could still be friends and all was well. But now we barely see each other. So I get sad, cuz it still applies, but in a friend way.
Also, I think of this when I think of the guy I met on vacation sometimes. I didn't know him for long, but I'll still never see him again. So this song makes me sad still. Quite often, actually.....

I know I said ten songs, but I had to include this. This reminds me of my grandpa.

Oh gosh, I can completely relate to Untouchable, A Place in this Word, and I'd Lie. And for that I won't even make a comment about Hannah Montana.

I don't hate Miley! I'm currently in the phase where I act like I do, but I know I don't really think she's that bad. xD It's just my way of getting over her.

Oh, aww, I just totally realized how much True Friend works for mine, too. :') And I can relate to Untouchable, too, and Rock Star and I'd Lie. :3

Before I reply to comments, I'd like to point out something I just realized. xD In the first song, where I say at the end that because I believed it, that didn't relate, but I realize it could work with this part:

I remember I was like lying in bed half asleep thinking about how I wrote all them. (yeah....half asleepness.....I confuse reality with dreams.....and they relate so well I dreamed/thought I wrote them.....xD)

I'm glad peoples thought I had a good idea xD I spent like an hour and a half putting this together cuz I forgot to do it earlier Then I thought it was a waste of time cuz no one would like it xD
