Black Box of Memories

Any suggestions for a title would be wonderful. ^^

Trapped inside a concrete box,
A concrete box with windows,
Windows covered in black,
In black so I couldn't see
See, I surrounded myself,
Myself with memories

And so.

I thought of firecrackers
Firecrackers and sandy shoes
Sandy shoes and the smell of
The smell of marshmallows,
Marshmallows just roasted
Roasted on the beach, the
sandy beach that caused our
our sandy shoes and sandy selves
Our sandy selves that thought maybe,
Maybe it would be tonight -

Tonight, forever ago
Forever ago, I thought of chords
Chords and unwritten songs
Unwritten songs we always forgot about
Forgetting about was never nice,
Never nice but always inevitable

Inevitable, we thought the love
The love that was there, it was
Was when we shared that
that sliver of hope, that
That small shred of faith,
Faith that was short-lived
Short-lived because I could never forget

No, I never forgot the
The sweet taste of salt,
Salt melted against my lips
On my lips lingered your,
Your taste, it was there
It was there but I couldn't remember
I couldn't remember so I thought of,

I thought of firecrackers
And so I thought of you.

Any of these sound good? None of them are really a sum-up ofthe whole poem, but they're just ideas.
