Just some lame poem that I made up.

Some shadows are black
Some shadows are grey
But the one that I miss most,
Is the that you kept at bay

You say it doesn't last
You say the pain will end
Well, I don't really care
Because I know there's no hope around the bend

Some things will last forever
Some things are ment to only live a short while
But all shadows eventually fade
But just because that's so doesn't mean I'll die with it

We all have to believe in something
And we hold on to that hope
But things just have to be forgotten
And we have to climb that downward slope

So take this message in heed
For some things are right
And others wrong
But that doesn't mean we won't fight

We will prevail

Wow . . . Thanks! I've written a few poems before but they haven't been as good as this one. I've tried haikus before though.
