There's this girl I know, and she's mean, annoying, etc. I was her friend until I saw how she can really be, which was like a year and a half ago. But she never realized that I've pretty much stopped talking to her on my own. (If she talks to me, I won't ignore her) And my mom knows that I don't like her, and advises me to stay away from her. I think that I've ranted about her before. We email (and she's very different in real life then in emails) and she invited be to go see Eclipse with her in theatres. I've already seen it twice, and she knows that I've seen it once. I can't think of a legit excuse to get out of seeing it, and I don't feel like thinking up one now, since the day is on the weekend. I don't know if I should ask my mom to come up with an excuse, or see the movie with her (but make sure my mom comes. I'd normally go by myself, but this girl is a little... yeah.) So... I'm stuck. And this is like the 5th time this has happened to me, and not with just this girl (don't ask about my stalker neighbor).

I can go on and on about why I don't like this girl. Starting with 'she betrayed my trust' and ending with 'she ditched me.'

My cousins are going to see Eclipse tomorrow. I'd love to go cuz I haven't seen it, but: 1) They're taking my aunt and uncle's annoying neighbor who I hate but they love, and 2) I'd miss my town fireworks.

But the fireworks are a funny thing. I was gonna go with my friend, but she was talking to the guy she likes and she's going to sit with him. The BBQ my family is going to beforehand probably won't have Jamie like it did last year, and he might not be going to the fireworks. Another guy I like, Christopher, might be there cuz we saw him last year, but I've never talked to him and I don't want to talk to him alone the first time, but I don't want to pull my friend away from her time with the guy she likes. The third guy I like, Brian, lives out of town so I can obviously rule him out immediately. And, finally, the last guy I like had been with his family last year and probably wouldn't wanna sit with me anyway, even though we're friends. My "family" annoys me so I'll probably just wander till I find a place I can sit alone.

So no Eclipse and fireworks alone. Fun.

Aw, maybe you could try inviting another friend to come along with you.
I've brought my best friend to many neighborhood parties, mainly because my neighborhood is obnoxious and I can't stand to hang out with any of them alone. xD

For my issue with the girl, one of the days she suggested is the date of my friend's birthday, so I can't go then anyway.

I have no other friends, really. All my "friends" (besides the one mentioned before) get on my nerves one way or another and it's summer now so I'm not forced to tolerate them like I was in school. I don't want to see them and put up with them during my time off. -_-

One of my friends has a birthday on the 4th, and another friend has a birthday on the 10th. My other friend has a birthday on August 2nd. I'm happy because I realized what I'm going to get each friend. One gets a Wii game, another gets a shirt that I designed online, and the other I'm getting a Justin Bieber poster and something else. I'm proud of myself.

Yet I still haven't decided what I want for my birthday. These are my three closest friends, but I'm going to be at Hershey Park on my birthday...

Thanks. We go to Hershey a few times a year, since we have relatives up there. And there's a concert the day before my birthday, so (if we ever get around to buying the tickets) I get to go to the concert I want to.
