His Angel Cries Empty His Angel Cries

For once, it's not a depressing poem. Well, for the most part.

xD

The demons will haunt her
She'll scream through the night
Her eyes filled with fear
And her mind all with fright

But she’ll see him coming
His arms open wide
He'll embrace her and say,
"Love, I'm at your side."


She'll smile and nod
But won't quite believe
Her heart is heavy,
though also relieved

She'll look up at him
With tears in her eyes
She'll know that she trusts him
He loves her, she'll realize

He'll fight her fears
He'll dance on their grave
His angel cries
As her hero saves
