Love <3

With your smile and your song
You can sing all day long
With a gay dance of joy
You know you’ve found the right boy.

Romance on the way,
Happy that you can say,
“I love you, and always will.
Or, if you may
“I will love you, healthy or ill.”

As he sweeps you off your feet,
He kisses you while you’re unprepared.
You can feel your face’s heat.
But, then, the boy he dared…

Dared to kiss once again
You feel yourself blush.
You try to protest, timidly.
But, he just says, “Shush.”

So, now you sing so gleefully
And dance your happy dance
With rays of sunshine beating happily.
You’re glad you took a chance.


This poem is... rather bad, I would say. But, I hope it satisfies.
