HANNAH MONTANA MOVIE

I’m all smiley,
Ms. Miley

Daddy in the car
While I sit with Tyra at the bar

She says “Wanna go to the store?”
I shrug  “sure.”
We both grab a shoe
Soon to sue.


Daddy is upset
Said he’ll take me to the vet
I beg “PLEASE No!”
Not again.

He shakes his head in shame “you’ve become pretty lame”
*coughs* I could say the same.

I’m forced against my will
To go to my city, “County Mill”
I grudge and start to see
What I missed and wanted to be

Country boy smiles and talks about a climb
While I’m washing off some grime.
I sort of like this guy
But I live too much of a lie

Finally I have a descision
The date or Country preservation
I can’t choose between
“Both” I say. I’m such a teen

Because of those darn doors.
I saddened with hearts sores.
The girl who had seen
I’m just a normal teen.
The boy whom I like
Pedaled away on his bike

Cry, Cry, Cry
Butterfly
Cry, Cry, Cry
Til I say “No More!”
This ain’t the real me
I’m really a bore!

The crowd gasps
Time Lapses
The girl cried out “I won’t tell”
They all agreed
And rang the country bell

Country boy smiled
And kissed my cheek
This has been
A great week.
PRIDE AND PREDJUDICE

Another leaves
I bid farewell
Thought I must go
The dance bell

I move and sway
Then stop and stare
Mr. Darcy is right there

We all bow
I roll my eyes
Listen to all those sighs

I talked to him
And spoke my mind
“Dance” I said. He raised his eye

I left and came to see Mr.Collins
He knelt and asked to marry me
“I must reject onto thee.”

He begged and left
I ran in rain
Ma threatened
Papa healed the pain

Jane and I spoke at night
She had a crush
On a red haired man with lush

I heard a rumor
About Mr. Darcy and was about to yell
UGH.. Another dance bell

I ride to the ball
A bit underdressed
And there standing tall
Was Mr. Darcy, at his best

He took my hand
And out we danced
OH, We didn’t look grand

We fought and spoke
With the least respect
I glared at him mad
My ma took me away, sad.

Another rumor was made
He followed me where I laid
He confessed his love
But I refused
I think I left him, quite bruised.

I found a letter
At my step
“To Elizabeth Bennet”
I opened it and inside
Mr. Darcy let his faults subside.

His aunt came and yelled at me
‘Did he propose to thee?”
“No!” I yelled after too many insults.
“You must leave.”

I found him running in the sun.
I kissed him and when done.
I got blessed and so did he.
“Call me Mrs. Darcy.”

SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE

I lose in pain
My parents in fire
I try to stay sane.

With an autograph and smile
My brother goes and extra mile.
Selling it away
Another painful day

Latika we meet
I offer her a seat
“Jamal, you are sweet.”

We lose her at the train
I never stop thinking of her
To think of how things were

I journey to find her once again today
Good luck heads my way

My brother, Salim, threatens her owners
He holds a gun to them, they become groaners
I run away with her and him. And yell at Salim who had a silly grin.
“How could you do such a sin?!”

My brother becomes drunk
Latika and I sleep on a bunk.
He comes in with a gun
And makes me run.

Later in years
In my job my brother’s name appears.
I call him on the phone.
He sounded so alone.
“Jamal? God is great!”
I made plans to meet him, feeling it is fate.

I felt the urge to jump out, kill him, kill me.
But I realized he might know where Latika is, my destiny.
I punched him. “I’ll never forgive you.”
He frowned “I expected that, too.”

Later when I became calm.
I talked to him again.
“Where is she?”
“She is gone.  I suggest to get over her you see…”

He never explained why.
But I followed him close by.
There was Latika, at the gates.
My heart pounded at extreme rates.

She smiled and then serious she became.
“I know you love me… But this isn’t a game. “
“I will wait at the train.”


She came finally one day.
But she got taken away.
I decided to play.
The game.

I called her as a life line.
She says she’s mine.
Being is love is mighty fine.

Wow, these are amazing! I can't rhyme (un-cheesily) to save my life! I too loved how you based your poems on movies ect. yet they are intirely unique, great job!
