Shade muttered a few rude things under her breath, before walking back towards Dude. As before, she held her knife to his throat. "Repeat that plan, Dude? Will ya?" she hissed.

"I can get you... a boyfriend!" Dude suggested. Then, Dude covered his mouth at Shade's angle and hissed, "Hey, kid, wanna date 'babe' here?"

"Eh? ..." Dude said, color rising in his face.

"You insolent humans!" Cried the teen, shaking violently. "You dare anger the wild mountain man Hafoney Baloney!" He said, morphing into a withered old man wearing only a loincloth. "You'll suffer!" He said in his naturally old voice, pointing a shaking staff at the two.

Shade rushed over to Dude. She glanced at the old man and sighed. "Now THAT, is disturbing..." she then glanced back up at Dude. "And why else do you think that I've never actually hurt you? Why else do you think that I do as you want, even if I know it'll lead to the worse for me, in the end..?"
