"Oh, no, no! That's absoluely fine!" The old woman said, smiling cheerilly at them through the rain. "Come in!" She hobbled back inside. Taren turned around, doubling over in silent laughter for a few moments before entering what turned out to be a warm kitchen.

Jessie raised an eyebrow at Cael, grinning, before following his sister.

Blahh. I got up and followed the twins into the steamy kitchen. It was pretty much an oversized version of the gingerbread house in my opinion. (xD)

She handed each of them a large bowl of soup and a silce of bread. "There you go, children."
"Thankyou," Taren said quickly, staring hard at her food to keep from laughing.

"Yes, thanks." Jessie took his food and started eating without hessitation. He shot Cael a meaningfull look.

I nodded back and thanked the old lady. The soup was pretty good. I shrugged at Jessie, a slight smile on my face.

"Quite welcome, deary." She nodded, her fatty double-chins wobbling. "Any time." She took the twin's now-empty bowls.

"Thanks again." Jessie said, elbowing Taren sharply, because a wide grin had spread on her face.

"Well, um, thanks." Taren said for the last time. She managed to wave and rush out the door before she burst into hysterics and she fell againts the wall, unable to stand by herself from laughing so hard.

Jessie followed, shaking his head sadly.
