Quickly the girl turned her back to him. "Hide me," she mouth desperately. Cassie looked absolutely scared placing the fan in front of her face and shutting her eyes tight as if that would make him go away.

Lauren opened her mouth to speak but could, she was laughing so hard. "This is so entertaining I will admit. You can always act like you lost your voice or something."

"Please, just call me David," he chuckled, took her hand and kissed the top of it. "Care to dance, Liz?"

Daniel looked at Alex and chuckled softly, "Sister I presume?" He moved his hadn into hers and placed his hand on her hip and began to dance with her.

Ever strode to the doors of room where she was told the DE ball would be. It was her first time meeting her fellow classmates, for she moved here recently and hadn't yet been to class. She was very nervous and hoped she would make a good impression on them. She was a newbie to this whole thing after all, with her dragon, Wyndar, having just hatched.
She was wearing her best gown. It was simple and elegant; a strapless white dress with a faint shimmer along the top and bottom. Around it was a white sash of the same colour. She had long white gloves extending to her elbows, matching her high heels which were, like the rest of her attire, also a snowy white. For accessories she had a head band of pearly roses upon her head and a crystal necklace that she received from her biological parents when she was just a baby.
Here goes nothing, she thought, taking a deep breath. Ever entered the room timidly, hoping she wasn't over dressed.

Noah shrugged "Probably still getting ready..so uh..you want to dance? Like as friends?"

"Alright" David said, smiling and leaning against her door, hoping he would tell she was opening it before she did, or else he'd fall.

Seth walked over, wearing a white long sleeved shirt and jeans, with his hair combed into a nice style, mainly done by Jackie. "Want to dance?" he asked with a smile

(Hmm...who else should I do at the Ball? xD)

Celeste was wandering around the hallways aimlessly, her hand brushing against the way that ran along beside her. She had no idea that the Ball was going on.

Alissa looked up, and smiled brightly, nodding her head. She wore an old style dress, it looked like a high gray skirt, with a black and white striped tank top tucked into it, with a black elastic belt, but it was a dress. It reached down to an inch above her knees. On her feet, she wore black, high top converse. "I'd love to," She replied.

Erik hugged her back and laughed, his arm had finally healed up to a point he could use it. "Would you mind taking a trun around the room with me?" he smiled, using an older phrase for ''want to dance?''

Padfoot shrugged her shoulders and laughed, "Why not?" she grinned and made to walk out there onto the floor.

Liz giggled, "Of course," she said, standing and smiling at him, a faint blush on her pale cheeks.

Gwen sighed and rolled her eyes, "Sadly, yes," she said, glancing after her sister. "I seriously don't think we're actually related....okay, we are, but, still. If I didn't know any better, I'd say she's from Pluto."

Alex, hearing this, stuck her tongue out at her. "Thanks," she called with a snort.

Jami stopped a few feet away from them. Okay, a foot away from Cassie, a few away from Lauren. "'Ello, beautiful," he sang to Cassie, a wide grin on his features.

Tim waved to Lauren. "Hey Laur."

Ace was walking down the hall, wearing a nice black shirt and white pants. He smiled, taking her other hand "Need some help?"

"I must warn you, I'm horrible" He said, taking her hand and leading her out to the dance floor. Sure they had kissed and all, but Seth was still nervous, and you could tell because a bead of sweat rolled down his forehead.

Daniel laughed and grinned at her, "I can totally understand that. Growing up with four older siblings then four younger ones isn't my idea of a picnic."

Cassie was trying to make herself vanish and just hid behind her fan, making a face like she was crying to the only person who could see this; Lauren. She finally gained enough composure to close the fan and smile at Jami unwillingly.

Lauren smiled and waved back at Tim, "Hey," she said with an obviously amuzed grin.

"Enjoying this?" He said with a soft snort.

Kevin walked with her into the room and glanced around for a moment before looking back at her. "She'd probably be mad at me, actually," he said after thinking a moment.

I reddened and immediately bent to help him up. "I'msosorry!" I squealed, feeling like an idiot. I wore a pleated crimson dress that came to my knees and a pair of matching sandals. My hair was back in a bun, too, for once not hanging down around my shoulders.

Ace led hear to the where the ball was, his fingers interlocking hers.

He smiled "Its okay. Mine to" He kissed her forehead as a slow song began to play and he started to dance with her

"Crap" Noah muttered as the slow song came on. He stood infront of Taylor "I ugh..don't really know what to do" he said, smiling sheepishly.

Daniel laughed and nodded a bit, "I've met them both now. Hazel," he grinned down at her widely, "Said you thought I was hot. I do believe I really like Hazel. My sisters... well I only have two now. Lauren is the oldest and Adrina is the youngest. My oldest brother is John. Then there's me, Carlos and the Terror Twins. Don't get on their bad side, trust me."

Lauren nodded to Tim's question, "Very entertaining."

Cassie chose not to comment to either of the things he said. "So, how's Hope?" she looked to Tim. There were two reasons she asked this; one the conversation was away from Jami and two she was curious.
