"Its fine" he said, putting his arm around her "I can take a joke". Then he leaned in, going to kiss her again.

[No no no, DL, hun, it's not that Corie doesn't like him...]

Corie smiled sadly in return, her now very sharp K-9's showing just a bit when she did so. She pulled some hair over her now pointed ears, "I shouldn't have gone back." She muttered. Her hair was now black, and her skin was now a snowy white.
When she glanced at David and Heather, she picked up a forgotten slingshot, got a tiny pebble, and then shot it right at the back of his head. But she was so far away, that the evidence of her actually doing it could not be confirmed. She quickly threw the slingshot into the water, and turned back to Noah.

Jami sighed deeply. "Okay, ignore me, I'm cool with that," he grunted sarcastically.

Drina giggled and kissed Katie. "Can I sleep in your room tonight?" the child yawned. She kept her arms looped around her next and she smiled at her.

Lizzie snorted at him, "What? I'm sorry you changed the subject onto something I'd rather not talk about."

Katie sighed and laughed a bit, "I don't see why not," she said with a smile towards her.


Taylor just stared after the two with a worried look. Quietly she slipped out of the room and hid in a nook. With a soft rustle she was a wolf. As quickly as possible she stalked after the two of them in the shadows.

"You're a good friend" Noah sighed, running his hand in the water slightly "I don't like him...like...not just cause he asked Heather to the dance...something about him..."

Mo wrote:"Yeah," Ever sighed. "Which is why I've learned to be grateful for what I have."

"Yeah," Ever sighed. "Which is why I've learned to be grateful for what I have."

Derrick nodded and smiled at her, "Makes two of us I guess."

Jami sighed. "Whatever," he said, walking away with a confused expression on his face.

Drina smiled back up at her. "Can we go now then?" she asled, "I'm tired."

Butterflies erupted in my stomach once more. I sat up slightly and kissed him, placing my hands on his cheeks as I did so. Even as I enjoyed the kiss I thought; maybe the girls and Prongs were just jealous?

After Corie tossed the slingshot into the water, she looked back at Noah, a look of disgust crossing over her face at the mere mentioning of him, "I highly dislike him." She muttered, and with her nail, she began to draw random shapes into the sand.

Taylor saw the two of them kissing but kept in the shadows. 'Wonder what she'd do if I howled...' But instead she stayed quiet adn hunckered down in the brambles.

He felt something barely hit his head, but he didn't stop kissing Heather, and it seemed he wasn't going to for awhile.

Prongs looked back and frowned, looking out at the water "Me to..." he said then looked at Corie "If its so easy for you and Taylor to see that I like her...then why can't she see?"

Jami sighed. "Whatever," he said, walking away with a confused expression on his face.

Drina smiled back up at her. "Can we go now then?" she asled, "I'm tired."

Lizzie watched him walkaway and made a move for a yawn. "I'm bushed! Wanna go?" She linked arms with the other two and grinned.

"Yeah... come on," Katie quietly walked along towards the exit of the room.

"Yeah," she agreed. She suddenly became aware of Wyndar tugging at her dress so she lightly nudged the dark dragon away. "What kind of dragon do you have?" she asked him.

"Land," he answered casually. "He can make things visible or invisible."

{Of course, but, you see, she doesn't understand why they don't like him, that's her only logical explanation...and she will eventually say that out loud, probably. xD}

My eyes fluttered shut, and my hands slid to clasp loosely behind his neck. Okay, so where was the "bird" now? I guessed that Corie had gone off somewhere...hopefully far away. I wasn't in the mood to be interrupted again.

Her eyes lit up, "Oh, that's a cool power!" Ever commented, "What does he look like?"

"Small thing, size of a toaster. He has black spikes but his main body is lime green," he explained calmly.

"That always happens..." Sighed Corie, "In a show, or a movie, it's obvious that the guy likes the girl, or the girl likes the boy, and of course everybody knows, except for the person that the other person likes. It drives me absolutely bonkers," Right when she said bonkers, she grabbed a fairly heavy rock, and threw it into the water. "One day," She told Noah, "That guy's gonna get the spanking of a lifetime, one day, oh... one day." She threw another rock into the water.

Noah sighed and slipped off his shoes, no socks, Noah HATES socks, and stuck them in the water
