I smiled at her while Jess and Anna talked about what she had missed over the past seven years. "Jessi, Anna and I all grew up together in a small down in Texas. Our moms met in one of those birthing classes and our due dates were in a week of eachother. She's actually the reason we ended up here. She disappeared seven years ago. I was almost ready to give up and move on, but Anna wouldn't let me. She needed her, just like they have for the past 25 years. But what's weird is that we all look 19 again."

"Aw, that's so sweet." I smiled. "So y'all really knew eachother since, like, birth?" I asked with a smile. "And yeah, all our ages are put back a bit." I told her.

I smiled and nodded. "Yep. Oh, that's cool."

"Hey, so I hear that you're givin' these guys a tour of the island. Mind if I tag along? You know that Jake never really showed me around when I first got here." I smiled at my first few months here with Jake. And then I frowned when I remember how badly my cousin Bethany had screwed that up for me. I smiled again when I remembered that then I ended up with Jake's older brother Jason.

"Troy." I smiled at her, now that she was sitting next to me I noticed that she was quite beautiful, and again I noticed something familiar "Have you been in Brightfield before?" I asked her, hopefully that would help me figure out where I knew her from.

I put on my poker face and smiled. "Works for me. You guys okay with it?" They both smile and nodded. "Alright. See ya' later Bryan." I waved bye to him and Massie And closed the door.

"I don't trust her," I said plainly.

"Oh, hush. You always do that. She's one of my best friends here. No go upstairs and change." I smiled and laughed. "You're totally soaked from coming here."

I rolled my eyes but smiled and went upstairs.

I smiled at her. "So where to first?"

Miri?! I wanted to rip my hair out. On the inside I just couldn't get away from the name, but on the outside I showed nothing but a straight face. I gave a small laugh. "Um. No, I don't really have anyone. I'm single." I looked down, and shrugged, almost ashamed. Why did everybody think I was with somebody?

I noticed some tension when I said spoke of Miri, yet she kept a straight face, then I realized where I knew her from "I know where I've seen you! Back when we were both kids, the twins birthday party on Halloween!" I said remembering the night Miri chose me over Jake, the first time I danced with Miri. It didn't seem as magical any more as when it first happened. It was soon after that I left Miri for Sandra, and then made a huge mistake by leaving with Miri.
