What was your inspiration for BTW? How long have you had the idea?
My inspiration was my best friend and I watching the Little Mermaid together. She's a writer too and she decided to write a mermaid story. Since my other story, Fîyär, wasn't going to well- It kind of ran dry- I decided to try to write a mermaid one too.

Was it fun to write the story? How easy was it?
I think it is definately fun. As long as I don't have a writer's block. xD It's actually been fairly easy so far because I'm excited about it and have tons of ideas and the whole story mapped out, chapter by chapter. I'm just worried about the editing part. xP

Why do you think other members like the story?
This is a hard question. xD I would guess though, because it's different. The idea of a girl turning into a mermaid is pretty common, but the story itself is unique. Or at least in my eyes! And also the surprises. There's a lot of twists that no one would really suspect.

What's your favorite part of it, personally?
I probably shouldn't say my favorite part because it's not posted yet and won't be for a long time since it's near the end. I'll say this though. It's fish forms [No, they don't shift into fishes if that's what your thinking]. You probably don't get it now, but when the chapter rolls around, you'll know what I mean.

Ratty's poem book is a collection of wonderful poems on various topics, written by Rattyjol.

-INTERVIEW-
What was your inspiration? How long have you had the ideas?
The inspiration changed for each one. A lot of them didn't actually have inspiration, just random ideas that popped into my head. A couple did have inspiration, though, like the Lost Magic one. I'd just finished reading a book in a series called Phantom Stallion, where a girl has a special connection with a wild stallion because he was her horse when he was colt, and she's worried that one of her neighbors is going to kill or capture him. The ideas stretch back maybe six months, where I went through a spontaneous poem-writing phase. I think... January or February, maybe.

Was it fun to write them? How easy was it?
Of course it was fun, or I never would have done it. A lot of them I wrote in my head when I was bored, and the hardest part was remembering them long enough to get them down on paper or the computer.

Why do you think other members like the poems?
I really don't know. XD

What's your favorite part of them, personally?
Hmm... My favorites are probably either You Idiot, Missing You, or Lost Magic, but I don't really know what my favorite part is.

Well, this year we have a tie! xD So there won't be a runner-up listed. Friaa Mountain is a thread about three wolf packs. They don't have powers, but who cares? They still rock. =3 And The Dragon Emporium is where you play a student who just had a dragon hatch for them. Kinda the same concept of Eragon. But just because it has dragons doesn't mean that it doesn't have the drama and insanity of normal life! Twisted Evil

What was your inspiration for the RP? How long have you had the idea?
Well, I started the roleplay on RPC a little over a year ago... I just thought that we could use something similar over here.

Was it fun to make it? How easy was it?
I love making roleplays. The formatting comes very naturally to me, even though it's sometimes a pain.

Why do you think other members like the roleplay?
Because you can be in three packs. It's like warriors with wolves who work together.

What's your favorite part of it, personally?
Playing the Alpha's and leading the meetings. Very Happy

What was your inspiration for the RP? How long have you had the idea?
Well, the RP was handed over to me by popcornkernel, when she told me that she couldn't own it anymore because of the very minimum length that she had on the computer.

Was it fun to make it? How easy was it?
It was really fun to make it, it was a bit easy, but also a bit hard at the same time, if that makes any sense [xD]

Why do you think other members like the RP?
I think members like the RP because there they can be creative, and most people actually know each other on there [from other RPs]

What's your favorite part of it, personally?
My favorite part of it is making the new characters to use in the little plots that I have for my characters, and portraying how the baby dragon hatches and grows up. [I love baby animals xD]

Why did you decide to join TWG? How did you hear about it?
I joined cuz Shadow said she was making a website and I wanted to join. Smile

And I can post all my stories and stuff on here without worrying about WI rules. I heard about it from Shadow. Smile

How long have you been writing? What attracts you to writing?
I wrote a story when I was in 2nd grade for a contest. Then I kinda didn't write much else till we started a poems unit in 5th grade. I started writing random poems after that. And about a year ago (I think) I started writing a Twilight fan fiction. And I think that the freedom of being able to write anything you think of is what attracts me to writing. There's no limits to what you can or can't write.

How did you choose your username? Do you have any interesting nicknames?
I like this username. Smile

It's my username on WI, too. I got it from the book and TV series The Saddle Club. xD For the nicknames thing....if you mean intersting username nicknames, then no. Interesting real life nicknames, yeah. xD

What was your first composition?
A story I wrote about me and my cousin when I was in second grade.

What's your favorite color, and why? Favorite animal?
My favorite color's orange. To be honest, I don't really know why it's my favorite. xD It's been my favorite since kindergarten and I forget my reasons for choosing it back then. xD I've just loved it ever since. Smile

My favorite animal -- if I had to pick just one -- would probably be okapis. They're so unique, and no one's really heard of them. I love them. Smile

What kind of music do you like, and why? Do you have a writing playlist?
I like all different kinds of music. I think I mostly have pop music on my iPod, but I hear random songs and like them a lot. I just randomly like certain songs and artists. I don't really know why. I don't have a writing playlist, but I usually do listen to music when I write. I listen to random songs. Mostly a few certain artists I really like.

If you owned the site, what would you change and why? What would you keep the same?
I like the site the way it is. I don't think I'd change anything. Smile
