Rayette nodded oddly, then headed inside. It was rather high up; the widow's walk. Used back in the older times for when a husband or wife lost their spouse. She just liked the view.

Kathy headed home & went inside. She sat on the couch & called the number.

(( that's the police's number right? lolll. ))

Rayette went inside, and fake slept. That's because she closed her eyes. She looked sleep though.

Someone answered the phone, " Hello, this is the Police Department. "
Kathy instantly recognized it as a man's voice, " Hello. I was just going to ask, just today a boy about of 17 years old got arrested, his name's Jesse... I wanted to know what state is he in... " Kathy said.
The man nodded on the other side, " Last name? "
Kathy thought, " I don't know. But it was just a bit ago, I think. Saw it in the news. Wasn't he caught in a forest? "
The officer sighed, " Why do you want to know then? "
Kathy was getting exasperated now, " I'm a friend, " she calmly said.
" He's in California. " the officer said.
" Okay, thanks! " Kathy said.
" Sure.... " Kathy hung up & sighed.

(I was thinking California, but Texas works too. Same general area. XD )


Jesse was bored, carving in the wall.

Kathy let out a sigh, What now?

(Nooo. It's fine. Seriously. I'm fine with it...
I like Alice from Twilight, but hate Twilight in general... Today, on accident, on Home Ec, I was washing dishes and drained the sink so my friend came over, and she was like ,"Oh crap, you drained it..." and I sounded just like Alice *voice-wise* when I said, "No, really, It's fine.")



Jesse soon pretended to sleep, just to appease the guards.

Kathy went on her laptop & began looking for the California Police Department's phone number. When she found it, she dialed it on her phone & called. Waiting for someone to answer.

Jesse was bored, as he pretended to sleep, and listened to the guards walk past.

An officer answered Kathy. They talked & Kathy asked if she could talk to Jesse. What was she gonna say? She had no idea. But well, let's see. She shrugged even though nobody could hear her thoughts, of course.

The officer walked to where Jesse was & looked at him, " He's sleeping. " he told Kathy.

Jesse opened his eyes at the sound of steps. "Wha-?" he said, in a drowzy tone.

As Kathy was speaking, the officer saw Jesse wake up. " Oh look, he's awake. Give me a minute. " he said.

" A girl by the name of Kathy wants to speak with you, " he told Jesse, frowning, " Do you know her? "

"If I didn't would she be asking for me?" he asked sarcastically.

" Well, maybe. " the officer shrugged, " Anyways, here. " he handed the telephone to him.

Kathy waited on the other side of the line.

"Yo." he said, quietly. He looked around. It was dusk, here.

The officer left with a shrug.

Kathy smiled a bit, " Hey. What happened? "

"I went a little psyco... And, now, I'm sitting here, bored..." he said, with a shrug, even though she wouldn't see it, "And, well, I guess you probably talked to my mom, and obviously know I'm a vampire... They think I sleep, but really I don't..." he said quietly.

" Well, when you do are you coming back? Or will you stay there? " she asked, tilting her head.

"I'm not sure... I'm most likely not missed, so, yeah... Still not sure..." he said. He was still carving the wall.

" What do you mean? " Kathy said, " I mean, it was stupid that you left. I'm okay, & I'm not going to tell anyone. "

"I know... But, I was also stupid for doing that... Then again.. Yeah... Never mind..."he said. "I don't know... I guess I'd come back... After I get out..."

" Well, could you ask the dude when do you get out? " she asked him, " And have you got a car & everything? "

" 'K, I'll ask, and I have a ferarri..." he said, "Let's hope they didn't hurt it..."
He walked over, and said to the guard, "Hey dude, you know when I get out?"
"4 more days..." he said.
"Mk." Jesse said, "4 more days Kathy..."
