"Eh... Kind of... It's not dead, dead... But, in a sense... Yeah, we're dead..." he said, pausing for a second, "It's all on who the person is... If they think they're dead... Then they are, I guess... I consider myself a living thing..."

" I see, " Kathy sighed, " It's really complicated, then. "

Jesse nodded. "Yes... But, you should be getting used to it... It's been almost a month since you were turned..." he reminded her.

" I guess, " she said, still biting her lip, " But I dunno, I guess it takes me a while to get used to stuff? " she said, looking at him.

Jesse smiled a semi crooked smile. "You could say that..."

" Mmkay, " she said, smiling.

Jesse went quiet. "So, what should we do now...?" he asked, after a moment of thought.

Kathy thought, " I dunno. I'm fine with anything, " she shrugged.

"Then we should probably go find something to do..." he said, heading toward the door.

Kathy frowned, " Hmm, okay, " she said, following him towards the door.

Jesse opened the door, and waited for her.

Kathy walked outside, & put on a small smile on her face.

Jesse smirked, and then his face consisted of no expression. He started walking. As he walked, he looked back at his car. Shiny. Black. His. He'd had to do some work on it once he got back, and through all the fighting with Kathy, because the people at jail had done things to it.

Kathy started walking, " Sooo... "

"So... I don't know..." he muttered. He still stared back at his car. Then he noticed one thing. The small dent near the bottom. He walked over, and managed to fix it, using his hand. "ha." he said, quietly.

Kathy raised her eyebrows, " What happened ? "

"This happened, well, I've fixed it, but it got all nasty lookin' while I was gone..." he said.

" Ohh... the car, " she said, " Boys... " she mumbled.

"I'd like to see you try and drive this..." he said, knowing how hard it was, the first time he got it. He hopped over by her, up in the tree, looking down on her.

She grinned & shrugged, " Why wouldn't I? "

"You'd probably fail, just like I did... But, haha, nobody touches it." he murmured.

She shook her head, " Wow, boys are all the same... " she said & grinned, " Why do you think I'd "fail" then? "

"You'd probably do the same thing I did. And, I'm not like other boys... They walk around pretending to be a vampire, to mock those girls who read those books. I can actually walk around, and be real, unlike the guys in those books, and honestly say, 'Haha, I'm a vampire...'," he smirked, and jumped down, landing behind her.

Kathy turned around & looked at him, " Yeah, sure then, " she said a bit sarcastically & rolling her eyes.

"Well, Ms. Mouth. Let's see how you do." he smirked. His eyes were a strange gold colour.
