"Largo-" Stephanie quickly reached towards him, but it was too late. The ecstatic man was already sprinting away, towards a group of guys who were buying copious amounts of beer from a vending machine.

Largo seemed utterly oblivious to Stephanie. "HEY! DUDES!" he cried, his eyes bright and eager as he came up to them. "Can I have some too?!"

"Oh dear," Steph sighed, putting her face in her hands. "There he goes."

Noah was sitting against a wall not to far from them, reading a manga. His blonde-brown curly hair was hunging lightly infront of his eyes, and a gleam was lightly showing on his glaces. He was wearing a black shirt with jeans, and his bag set beside him. He glanced up, to see what was happening.

"Hey, buy it yourself!" one of the beer-buyers snapped.

"Yeah!!" the others chorused.

Largo's eyes narrowed. "Undead spawn, you shall buy me a beer or face the consequences!" he declared, reaching into his jacket for his gun.

Stephanie decided to make herself look innocent by paying no attention to Largo. So she looked around, examining with her dark brown eyes the people around them. There was a guy nearby, leaning against a wall, and reading some sort of a manga . . . oh dear, was he watching Largo?

"Ignore him!" Steph called, racing over frantically and standing in his line of view. "Don't watch! Trust me!"

Noah raised and eyebrow and shrugged, going back to his manga. A crazy drunk dude and his...girlfriend he supposed. What did they matter anyway? And he was sure she was only embarresed by the other dude, that would be the only reason she would say something to him.

Description:Longish, dark, coppery hair, with rusty red streaks that are not often visible, cut with bangs she is forever brushing into her eyes. Eyes are a vivid sky blue with flecks of gray. She has mid thick eyebrows which she is very proud of and a flattish nose which she is not. Very pale skin-Vampire pale you might say. Short, stocky, surprisingly muscled frame. Wears the school uniform but dislikes it with the passion of a thousand suns.Fourteen

Personality:Shy and day dreamy, lest you are her friend-Then she turns out to be a feisty, irritable, logical, annoying, kind, helpful sort of joker/trickster. Intelligent, but not good with 'the humans'. Has a bad habit of making mean remarks, or freaking people out without trying, or even knowing half the time.Stubborn to the point of idiocy.

Other:American exchange student, hosted by a childless couple in Tokyo. Doesn't understand a scrap of Japanese so she carry's a mystical translator device that looks a lot like a hearing aid. One of the best English students in Largo's class (she's only there 'cause largo's weird. And you need language credits for college, y'know?). Reads a novel a day.

The boy's nonchalance seemed to make Stephanie calm down. Looking less frantic now, she inspected the cover of the book. "Which one is that?" she asked curiously, grinning. Mangas were awesome.

The sounds of maniacal laughter, fearful shouting, and gunfire echoed from Largo's location. "PH33R M3, SELFISH F00|_5!" he cried out, his voice rapidly fading into the distance.

Mea woke up for school-Late.
"Crap!"
She dashed into the bathroom with her school uniform quickly applying what little makeup she did wear, gave her hair a quick straightening, didn't like it and simply put in a ponytail. After about 8 minutes she dashed out for the city bus stop, hoping to get a ride to school. She paid the driver and was at the academy in few more minutes. She just made homeroom, getting a smile from her teacher.
She sighed, and put her translator device in her ear, pushing the wire into a device akin to an ipod touch.
The next two periods seemed a blur, simply the jotting down of notes and the droning voice of the device in her ears. Then came Largo's class, which she skipped to finish up more homework (He had made her get naked once, along with the rest of the class, so she now avoided the class whenever her conscience allowed.)
Then lunch. She sat, eating a school lunch-The most normal she could find- with her 'Acquaintances'. Who where more interested in her American-ness then herself, her personality. She answered their interrogations, bored to tears.
When the next three periods had gone by, and school was over, Mea wandered. Observing the people of Tokyo, reading, writing and enjoying the freedom she had here, as opposed to her controlling household previous. She lingered in front of a salon, posing the question of getting her bangs dyed blue (a personal goal of hers) while her mum wasn't around to boss her. Seeing as Mr. and Mrs. Nakagawa probably wouldn't care. But she moved on, back home instead. She had alot of homework to do, and didn't have time to sit in a overcrowded salon. Atleast that's she told herself.
She politely ate dinner, finished her daily novel, completed her homework (Child's play), and went to bed on a average day in Tokyo.
