Why oh King, are you not like me?

Maturity: It is mostly inspired by just evil kings. It has a bit of killing references and a bit of violence. Mostly just arguing. Fantasy; None, really. It is true about some of the kings of old and mostly me is just talking about the right kind of king or queen taking over for them.

Why oh king, do you not see?
Why oh king, are you not like me?
Oh king who sits higher then his own,
Oh king who sits all alone.
Oh king so great, in his own mind,
Oh king why not, perfectly kind?

You lie and wait for your enemies,
Not asking once for help,
You take away the joy inside,
And replace it with your doubt.
You who said lets all rejoice,
You who said unto us,
You who said life is wrong,
You who said to kill is a must.

You say of all the gifts you bring,
Who is greater then I?
But I know when full hearts sway,
It is you, oh king who will die.
So sing oh king, sing now, sing now!
Sing and forever rejoice,
To all the needy hearts,
I am the people's choice.

I stand now oh king,
And what do you say?
I stand now, where do you lay?
I stand now and they rejoice,
But king this is no song!
They stand now and cheer me on,
They are tired of your wrong.
Oh king if only you had seen,
Oh dearest king of thine,
Oh king your heart forever rests,
But it will always be below mine.

Why oh king, do you not see?
Why oh king? you were never like me.

Oh dear, amazing job. This perfectly describes how I'm feeling towards my 'father dearest' right now.

Thanks It comes from the heart, I've always tried to be a good leader. I try seeing things through heaven's eyes and not my own and I think thats where my deep love for animals comes from. I don't think that animals judge you in the way people do. *huggles a bull*
