I think all your ideas are cute. :3 Definitely try to at least write Writing, a Dangerous Thing To Do - it sounds so epic! Personally I wouldn't go for The Magic School or Apllo and Luna, but that's just because they're not really my kind of books. If you think you can make the ideas work for you, totally go for it. ^^
