"Wait Teddy, you forgot your lunch." her mother called but was too late. She shrugged and began to eat the sandwich she packed Teddy.

Teddy soon slowed down to a walk, eating her breakfast to go.

Teddy set her book down when the bell rang and Ms. Tenison came walking in. Ms. Tenison was crying heavily. Teddy raised her hand. "Um, Ms. Tenison, why are you crying?" she asked. "My boyfriend just dumped me." Ms. Tenison cried. "Everyone just leave me be." she said, blowing her nose into a tissue. The class got up and headed out into the halls.
