Personality: Delilah/Cieradhiel is an immensely intelligent girl, though she has a tendency to take her knowledge for granted in the human world. She tries not to show it either, as it would be of suspicion around human kind, especially considering she looks much to young to know so much. She tends to be exclusive and seclusive, as she doesn't want to be a part of anyone that wouldn't welcome her in first as well as anyone who has done wrongs of which the Ikigami kind look down upon, even though she's technically a human now. Once she befriends somebody, she will remain eternally loyal and won't leave their side in any way unless they do something simply unforgivable (though once she's bonded she can easily forgive). Oh, and considering she's of Ikigami blood, she pretty much has the inability to lie, harm, bully, belittle, or anything negative.

Cieradhiel had been chatting away with a fellow Ikigami friend of hers, laughing
at every joke she told as well as nodding and commenting at the appropriate
times. After a good half hour or so, which may as well have been a millisecond
in the lives of the Ikigami, her acquaintance hovered up and whispered inside
Cieradhiel's ears, which were like a Great Dane's.
"Hey, I dare you to go into No Man's Land and talk to a Shinigami."
The younger Kami giggled as Cieradhiel was taken aback by the offer. Well, it
wasn't like a chat would be so bad. It was just a friendship that would be som-
ething she wouldn't dare do. Then again, it was a Shinigami they were talking
about. Nobody knew what they would do for fun, the beasts they were...
"Fine."
She snapped it anyway, keeping her Life Note and a pen by her side as she b-
egan flapping her dove's wings towards No Man's Land. On the way Cieradhiel
heard the other shout something that sounded like don't waste your ink on
a Shinigami, but she couldn't be sure. It was just a little ink anyway, and she
wasn't afraid to use it if necessary. From there on she ignored those growing
hostile thoughts and allowed her mind to clear, just leaving herself open for a
Shinigami to talk to if they desired to. Chances were if they were in the area
they wanted to anyway.

his traditional way of saying 'You are a Loser, capital L.'

leasant face clear to the world, or whoever bothered to look at her and her features,
which resembled something that would be found at a masquerade. But never mind it.

Cieradhiel began to notice this Shinigami couldn't be young, as many of the Kami
she came across had only been able to be around ten millennium. No, this guy was
far beyond that. So she was just going to have to do the best she can to cope with
this obnoxious smart donkey. Not that she wasn't being one herself slightly.
"Filipino, mtu yeyote ambaye amewahi sana wakati juu ya mikono yao
kwa muda wa miaka milioni nne kujua kwamba."
That had been a real tongue twister for Cieradhiel, but she figured it was worth it,
and hoped this Shinigami would make the assumption that it was expected of him to
guess the language she was speaking in this time. From there she left it all to him as
to how he chose to reply. Oh, and that language, in case readers were curious, was
Swahili, a language spoken in some parts of Africa.

Cieradhiel knew instantly that it was French, as almost anything with "c'est" in it
was bound to be, but only knew the basics and some cognates of the language.
She could catch "que" as being relative to many other words that meant "what"
and "tu" similar to other words that meant "you". Surely "langue" meant "language"
as that was the topic of discussion. "Sais"... That sounded like "say", sort of. So
that was the question. Sometimes etymology could come in handy.
"Franċiż."
The Ikigami quickly identified the language in a new one: Maltese.
"Dan wieħed tip ta 'kelb. Ipprova raden."
Every now and then, Cieradhiel couldn't help but wonder why the heck somebody
would name a language after a dog breed, or the dog breed after a language. It
just didn't quite make sense. Plus it sounded a bit like German in her mind, but hey,
what did it matter to her? Pure blood humans, or as pure as they could be, were
fools no matter how they were looked at. That was her philosophy.
