Here's a story I just started writing.

I'll update it two times a week, 'cause I'm kind of busy. Okay?

CHAPTER ONE - THE WINGED STALLION

Chapter 1 – The Winged Stallion

His eyes are like fire, his hooves are like thunder, his mane is like waves in the ocean, and his wings are like nothing you’ve even seen before.

How did he get these, you ask? No one knows. He wasn’t born with them, but somehow, he sports magnificent flight abilities. He often tells us about his adventures in the sky, of which we all envy. He speaks of the soft, white clouds, the clear blue skies, and the other creatures that soared through the air, gliding on their beautiful wings. It all seemed like a dream, he says. As a foal, I always dreamed of wearing the same 5eathers, but my mother told me that it was impossible. As I grew up, I grew stronger, my mane grew long and wild; and my markings grew beautiful. But there was one thing that never grew, and that was wings. But enough about me—this is about the winged stallion, isn’t it? Well, he came to me one day, his mane flowing in the breeze, and he said, “CloverHoof, this is a serious matter. Would you look at my wings for a moment?” He turned to show his sleek, black flank, and his fire-colored wings. I studied them closely, then replied, “They are losing their feathers, and one is crooked, sir.” “I thought so.” He whinnied, and turned to face me. “I will need your help to solve this mystery. I can no longer fly! It’s a terrible thing, and I need you, CloverHoof, to help me investigate.” I was dumbfounded, but I nodded quickly. “Meet me at Sparkling Lake at dawn, but tell no one. We must do this alone.” Then he trotted off, leaving me to my mystified thoughts.
