I stayed up till 2 last night and finished The Host.

Today wasn't quite as boring as yesterday.

My mom woke me up early so we could go to the grocery store and sell coupon books to raise money for the Israel trip, but it was too busy and there wasn't any space for us, so we gave up without even unfolding the table.

So then I asked to go to the bookstore to get Catching Fire, but my dad wanted to go to the library first. He went right past the parking lot, which for once had a ton of spaces, and parked like a block away. Then he went through like every CD in the entire library. XP

When we finally got to the bookstore (after going through PetCo ) I had to wait for like 45 minutes while my parents went to Trader Joe's, and one of the guys in my class was there too, getting a book for the plane ride. I did get Catching Fire, but I've only read 42 pages of it so far.

Then we came home (two and a half hours after we'd left, somehow) and I went on the computer for a while, and then me and my mom watched more Doctor Who, which we're still doing. And we ate like half a bag of chocolate chips. It was awesome.

Sounds like your day was busy. xD And way more productive than mine ever are. Did you like The Host?

It reeeeeally wasn't. Most of it was spent on the computer and watching Doctor Who.

Yeah, it was really good. Just at the beginning it seemed really similar to Animorphs. And there are definitely some similarities to Twilight in there too.

Yeah, like the Jared/Jacob and Ian/Edward comparison.

No, I think it's more like Jared/Edward and Ian/Jacob. But yeah, pretty much.

Yeah, I know. But people on deviantart say it's the other way round. xP
Who do you think is better, Ian or Jared?

Hmm... IDK. I think Ian is better for Wanderer and Jared is better for Mel, but neither of them are actually better than the other. IMO.

I still like Ian more. Jared is a bit... violent. xP

That's a good point. But Ian was violent too, in the beginning. He tried to kill her, remember?

Really, pretty much everyone is violent. Except for Wanda. She's nice. xD

Oh, cool! An Israel trip! Have you ever been before?

Nope. This is the second year the school is going and it's only for eighth grade. It's gonna be awesome.

Well, I hope you have fun on it (whenever it is). Are you going all over Israel?

Yeah, I think so. It's in the spring sometime.
