RP Idea -- Thoughts?

(Actually, I do kind of request it stays open for a little while longer as either A a discussion thread so we don't clutter up the actual RP and/or B so we can get codes for our templates, as it would be a hassle for me if I didn't get it. xP)
Anyway, so I'm trying to write this fanfic right now off of Death Note, and I was trying to get more info on Wammy's House--and I got this idea.
Would anyone join an RP that took place in both the worlds of L and Wammy's House, maybe other settings as well?
Over the past posters I so profoundly thank and discussion, here is what we've established.
Time- This takes long after Near, L, Kira and all that.
Kira- However, we do have distant memories of these characters.
Originals- None of the original characters remain, but they can be reincarnated.
The Kami- There are both Shinigami and Ikigami, therefore both Death and Life Notes exist.
Settings- This will probably be set primarily in England, where Wammy's House is. This may go under further discussion.
Charries- You could play a reincarnation of an original character, a member of Wammy's House, a holder of a Note, somebody oblivious to any magic whatsoever, and/or a Kami.
Kami #- Only one God is allowed per role-player, although you could have one of each. No more than that, though, unless it's absolutely necessary and special permission has been granted by any of the owners.
Rein. #- I wouldn't recommend having more than one reincarnated character, just so nobody comes in and hoards the entire NPA or something.
This is looser than my words on Kami though.
Compose- Forry will be the one putting it together unless somebody else has a strong desire to, then there may be some discussion.
Plot- People all around the world are dying at suspicious rates for various reasons because of... Death Notes. They'd been killing for many years, until one day somebody (Twarry) steps up to the plate with a Life Note. Oh, and what's this I hear? A kid (Ratty) at Wammy's has a Death Note. Traitor, traitor... (This will probably need a bit more approval before becoming definite.)
Here are reincarnation claims:
Twarry: L Lawliet (Luke)
Shadow: Touta Matsuda
Cyn: Mail "Matt" Jeevas (Jinx "Jay" Mace)
Sealo: Near (Kanji)
Forry: Near (Far?)
Ratty: Mikami
Ave: Mello
Mo: Light
Noah: Ryuk
Misa, Rem, Sidoh, Takada, and any other insignificant characters are still up for grabs.
In addition, Twarry's claimed the only human with a Life Note. All Ikigami have Life Notes, however. This may change if a plot has been established involving multiple or no human Life Note owners, however that isn't subject.
We all know the rules of the Death Note, so I won't post those. However, there is some debate on the rules of the Life Note. Twarry and I thought we were making the official ones over PM, but Sealo says she's created some rules too. As far as my knowledge goes, the two of us are going to converse and compromise over what's going on. Hopefully our rules will be very similar.
A final list will be posted here once things have been settled.
I'll go ahead and post what Twarry and I thought so it gets some light:

If one writes the name in pencil and then erases it within a minute of writing the name, that person will die again.
A deal can be made to receive the smelling sense of an Ikigami. With it one can smell a living person's aura to find out their full name and remaining lifespan. If no other living human is within smelling range, one can put a face in mind and smell the air to find out that person's full name and death-span, but that method only works for the deceased. The price for the Ikigami smell is the user's sense of touch.
The person whose name is written in the Life Note will come back to life confused, disoriented, in the same clothes they died in and at the same location they died at within a minute of their name being written unless otherwise specified. The writer can be as specific as they desire.

That's another thing I'm not sure about. If they are, I guess that'd be the extra part of the plotline. It'd end up similar to the fanfic I'm making--a Book Battle.

I didn't put this on the front as of yet, but should Twarry, Sealo and I be the only ones deciding on the final rules, or should we put it up for others to vote on too? And maybe not just here, but as a poll, since there are other Death Note watchers that haven't come to this thread yet?

I'd personally like a say in the rules, but you guys should have veto power, so you don't have to approve rules we come up with that you don't like. XD
I really am bad at coming up with rules, though. But as for the Life Note rules, I think they're perfect. :O
And Twarry . . . as for L . . . you get to co-lead, and I'm not trying to get Matsuda from you! D: Pleeeeease? (That's not to say that I can't bring myself to compromise, but there's a 5% chance that I'll throw an immature little fit before doing so. XD
. . . 5% meaning over 90%, of course.
But either way, don't let me get away with this if you really wanna play him. XD Go ahead and argue with me.)
