I'd imagine it would be a little bit more structured than your example, Forry. xD (I laughed at it and I have absolutely no idea why.) Probably at minimum two complete sentences, although they could be simple versus compound or other complicated forms. nod

Unless somebody objects?

But, the one reincarnation per person rule sounds good, if we're having that one shinigami/ikigami each rule too. xD And templates . . . assuming that I even get to make one of L, would that mean I should use his face for a picture? o.0 Cus you'd just said that they wouldn't necessarily look the same . . . buuuut . . .

I would say, "I guess whichever Shinigami dies for Near first, loses," but then that would say the first one to lose their mind over their heart--being the more passionate luva--wouldn't get him. xD So pitch that idea.

But I think the only way that anyone's gonna get anywhere with this is with either the cloning or each a bit of the soul ideas. XD And I really do like that clone one, as long as we only use the souls of our own clones . . . because I would wanna take the II's reincarnation, obviously, but that leaves the original open, but the original is Mia's so I think it might be better if a third L was made for Twarry if she really wanted to play his reincarnation.

The only variable in the L part of this, though, is the fact Mia likes/loves L and Mello. So it really depends on which she takes. Although that might take a few days to figure out, considering the new reincarnation limit. xD
