Heather looked sideways and up at him, and choked out, "Don't you have a heart?!" then fell on the floor, hurting badly.

(Oh. I thought you meant THE Ben. As in evil Ben.)

Martin felt like saying 'No. I sold it to the Devil long ago. Wait... that was my soul.' but since he did have a heart, he knelt down beside her and asked: "What's wrong?!"

Heather stared up at him, cooly, trying to decide what to say. "Don't know." she grumbled, at last, slowly getting to her feet, and going over by Addy.

Heather swollowed hard, "It's just . . . I don't know, everything you do, or everything that goes wrong . . . I know it's not your fault, it just feels like it." she said, honestly.

Heather was about to reply, when--
Crack.
She turned, and ran to a open port-latch-type door, but there was only one door handle on the inside of the door.
A crack appeared in the window.
Memories came rushing back . . . "You will die protecting one whom you love". . . the blond-haired man, Xavier, the woman with the white hair.
They all had warned her.
She knew what was going to happen. The port would explode. Addy, Martin, they would die.
No. They wouldn't.
She ran inside, slamming the door shut, just as the window broke further . . .

"Heather! No!" Martin yelled, trying to run after, but Addy pulled him back, "We have to get out of here!" she cried.

CRASH!
The window, which appeared to be newly replaced, shattered. The water rushed in.
Rose locked eyes with Martin, and scribbed backwards on her two palms two words.
The water was up to her waist now. She pressed her palms against the glass. . .
They read I Always . . .Loved you
Then the water reached her head, and she went under.

(I always loved you? lol, dramatic much?? xD)

Martin rushed to the door, "Don't do this to me! Please!" he cried, "Not you, I've lost too many already!" he banged on the door, near to tears, wishing he could have one more chance to tell her how he really felt.

Heather turned back to the window, and pointed, mouthing "I didn't do this for nothing, you idiot! GO!" feeling much like her old self.

Yvonne watched as Nick turned on each of the nine televisions. None except one more TV showed an image, the rest simply buzzed and fuzzed. The one TV that did show something, presented a room, fairly well decorated in 60's-70's furniture. It appeared well-kept, unlike the room Nick and Yvonne were in, now.

"I wonder where this is . . . some sort of house? Maybe another underground hatch-thing?" she pondered.
