Well, first I have to come up with some words. XD Besides, I don't think I'm a very good singer. Then again, I haven't tried in a really long time. I'm just afraid that someone will hear. Everybody I know is an amazing singer...

Don't worry about if people hear, Lucky. I used to do that all the time too, granted, and it took me a while before I could feel confident about it . . . but try and block them out. Smile

When you're singing, don't let anything matter but the music. I hope you do come up with lyrics! x3 I really want to hear.

I used to be incredibly shy about singing in front of people too, and I'm still working on it, cuz I'm just barely able to sing in front of my friends... Razz

But I really do want to hear it, or at least see the lyrics when you're done writing them! Smile

Guitar is really cool when you can go crazy with it. I suck. I can't switch fingering quickly at all. That's why I try to make slower stuff. But one song just demanded hard fingering that made even Shad' squeal.

Watching the guitar player on Rockband 2 during Everlong gave me some new insights on the strumming for that song.

Your words have really inspired me and are really supportive. I'm going to start off by singing when I'm all by myself, and once I get a feel for how I sound, I'll try to be a bit more open about it.
The pointers about singing for fun are great. Smile

I haven't really gotten a chance to work on the song and writing, because I've been so busy! We'll see how it goes.

Yet Everlong remains a hard song to play for real.

I'm facing an annoying time. My songwriting feeling is burnin' out, and I don't feel like playing much guitar anymore. I need something new, but what? If I had a good set 'a lyrics, I could make some new tabs. But I don't have much inspiration, and my songs have sucked of late.

Dudes, I love guitar tuners. xD Now I don't have to go online anymore just to tune my guitar well. I just started using the one we had sitting around, and I'm amazed at how well it works.

Really? I'm infuriated with how bad it works! I have to strum over and over and over before it actually decides to tune a note! I hate it!

Well, I made some good tunes, and I'm working on lyrics' for 'em, but it's really annoying, 'cause the songs feel like they're not turning out right, and one wrong move would make me want to trash the whole song. Razz
